1. Scope of the project
To enable KoTDA to form actionable policies on the development and management of digital media content, the Korean government provided the following policy recommendations.
First, support was provided with policy design and the formation of marketing strategies as needed for developing the digital media content industry with a focus on the game, animation, film, and photography industries. Policies and marketing strategies for the development of the digital media content industry that KoTDA would be capable of implementing were recommended based on an analysis of Kenya's digital media content industry and the policies regulating it.
Second, a training curriculum for the nurturing of game content developers was recommended. After analyzing the conditions, training of developers included, of specific areas of the game industry that KoTDA indicated as its priority, a training curriculum for the development of game content developers was designed and presented.
Third, future development strategies for KoTDA were recommended.
